He got very mad at me and say your a f***ing bitch, Why is he being a jerk? My friend is being bullied and me not to tell. I'm very confess. My other friend said I should tell a teacher. Help

Why is the bully such a jerk? Well, there can be lots of reasons why people do it, but often they need help to learn how to be happy without being nasty to people just as much as the people they are bullying need help in getting it to stop.
Bullying is always a serious issue that needs you to talk to a responsible adult. Talking to a teacher is exactly the right thing to do.

tell him to stand up for himself.
just pretty much have a good conversation with him about how you care about him and the bullying is making you concerned. all that good stuff. you know? is it upsetting him? if the bullying gets out of hand, then you concern an adult. (racist/prejudice sp? comments, physical contact, etc.)
