I'm not sure if I'm exactly "normal".....

Hey, i feel exactly the same as you!! I don't think there is anything wrong with you. I've noticed I only feel like that because I hate to fail so sometimes just not trying seems the easier option. You always have to push yourself though and make sure you do all these things you are scared of /can't be bothered doing or you'll miss out. I always feel really good once I've made the effort!

I know myself there are times when i feel life is an effort and i sometimes can't be bothered so to speak. I think if you are always feeling like this and have a fear of everything then you may want to talk to a friend about how your feeling and see if you can find a reason for you feeling like this. You may need to see our doctor, talk about how yur feeling with them as they will be able to help you.
