 I agree with Sleepyhollow. Take some time to get to know her better, sober, out of the context of the club. Once you do that you'll gradually become more comfortable with her and everything will be easier (and better).
One night stands are a good way to develop a bunch of hangups about sex. Sex is much much better with someone you know and care about, and especially someone you are capable of being intimate with. Try that and see what happens with this problem, it may solve it.

I'm guessing you're treating the act of sex like a clinic visit.
You have to let go of your analytical brain and learn to go with the flow if you're ever going to relax enough to do the deed. Alcohol won't help, because that'll only make it more difficult to retain an erection.
My recommendation is to stop the one night stands with girls you meet at the club and start looking for a meaningful, passionate relationship. You'll be surprised what kind of difference this can make on your libido.
