writes:Hi,I'm a 19 yr old male and I have just recently began my sex life. My problem is, sex is very short. I believe this is because foreplay lasts too long. By the time we get around to sex, I'm not as hard as I could be, and I ejaculate really early, within a minute or so of penetration. I'm quite frustrated. Do you think in this case less foreplay should be used, and is this a normal problem for guys?

 My ex had the same problem but we took a friends advice and when he got closer he would pull out or stop till the urge passed and it seemed to work. Once your more experienced im sure you will be fine so dont worry think it happens to most guys

 Yes, this is a very normal problem for guys. try less foreplay and get into the the sex whilst your still hard. need anymore tips or if less foreplay doesnt work let me know. all the best. Faith.

After you ejaculate rest for 15 minutes and then start again. By the time you get to the third or fourth time you will be lasting much longer.
