The problem is I really like this guy but I am so uptight when it comes to anything else and I think I need some kind of help. I have spoken to a friend at work and she thinks I need counselling, I was just wondering if anyone knew anywhere to get help without going to a doctor or if anyone has any advice, if not with this guy then hopefuly in the future.

here is the best advice i can give you..... be yourself no matter what! If you get to know somebody and you realize that really like them you eed to let them see the real side of you because if you cant be straight up and comfortable with them then it will never work and trust me it may not make alot od sence but the realer you are to a guy the faster they will fall for you dont play the stupid little dumb game and you know what i mean be straight up and act like you would to neother person... good luck
