I'm constantly concerned about my family an wether they are okay/safe, sometimes when I leave my mum and dad I feel extremely sad even if it's for a short time. It's not just limited to my family though sometimes I even feel sad about things happening to people I don't know, I say things in my head like 'I hope no one ever hurts that person' despite having no clue who they are or what they are like. It's very saddening because generally bad things do happen and I can't help that. I'm not an unhappy person but I am very sensitive I'd say.. and now I find I'm nervous all the time and I don't know what's causing it because I haven't been in the past. what's wrong with me? Yes you do sound over anxious but remember being between I8-21 is not a easy age to be at as we are asking all sorts of questions and trying to find out who we are. Also maybe this is your personality.Howeer i would suggest that you would consider going to a counsellor who would be able to help you on a face to face level and answer your questions.Kind Wishes Nora B.
