you might want to call her and talk to her over the phone so it isn't as awkward meeting in person for the first time. the more personal you can get now, the better it is for when you meet. are you sure this girl is legitimate and not some online predator? you are pretty young, be careful, stay safe!
and i don't think a movie is appropriate for the first time you meet someone, sitting in silence with a stranger could get uncomfortable. take advantage of your date to get to know as much about her as you can in person! i think lunch and dessert could be better. or something active where the two of you could do an activity but still talk to each other!

is the age correct ? yes go for a nice drink have a chat in a public place and then when your ready ask what she would like to do suggest maybe the movies or ice skating..but relax and take it easy and be yourself.. hope that helps aphex xx
