You possibly feel that you are in a rut and we all know what one of those are - it is a grave with the ends kicked out.Is this guy smothering you a bit? - Have you lost your independance since being with him?Do you do or pursue anything like an independant job or hobby?You say you are unhappy but not what is making you unhappy. There are many people who would walk over hot coals to have a partner this close and dedicated to them - you seem to have this but are unhappy. You suggest that you are unhappy with YOUR life so you need to enrich that - It doesn't sound as if there is anything wrong with your relationship. Talk to your other half and see if they could suggest anything that could enrich what you are doing at the moment, anything at all that you could do to raise your self esteem.
