I strongly feel that there should be any female friend in my life. I am marathi and hindi speaking male. I can understand english but speak a little. How can i get an Indian female phone frind just for phone friendship? Any suggetion?

 Why can't you share your feelings with your wife? She should be the one you talk to about them. If you feel she's difficult to talk to, then you need to address this. You're looking to have an emotional affair. Work on your marriage before going down that road.
