Been there, done that!Guess what... you'll survive! What your feeling is a little mental anguish. It's not physical at all, it just seems that way. You're the one in control of your emotional state. Why not choose to feel something else? It's up to you. Now, if you feel the one you love, hurts and disappoints you, why not just walk away? If what you say is true, it's clear he doesn't love you. Time to move on.On the other hand, maybe your expecting more from him than he's capable of giving. In either case, it's clear the two of you are not suited for each other. Again, time to move on.The sick feeling will eventually leave, and you will be able to get on with your life.I wish you all the best,Good Luck.
