We had been married 20 years he has not spoken to me since. Over the last couple of months my hair has been coming out way more than normal and i am told it is stress. Has anyone else experienced this following a traumatic time? I am worried it wont grow back. Reply to this Question Share |

Yes it will grow back. It happened also to Princess Caroline of Monaco, some years ago- stress alopecia. And look at her now : a grandmother, and still faboulous .

Hi
Yes and it does grow back. See your doctor if you haven't already, have a chat and explain about your hair and the circumstances.
Also a trip to the hairdressers to have it restyled will can make it less obvious and you will feel better about yourself.
If you've lost weight as well then look at your diet too. It is a traumatic time and no doubt a shock, but you will come through it and realise you have a life to look forward to and new challenges, he is no great loss if he can treat you like that after 20 years together.
