Losing them hasreally taken a serious toll on me; it's honestly one ofthe most difficult things I've ever had to go through.Well, about a week ago, I talked to them over the phoneand found out that they are adjusting well. Jason has agirlfriend, Kathleen kind of has a crush on someone,and they're making new friends. Both of them are REALLYdedicated Christians, and they said that their newfriends are as well. I'm really, really, really happyto hear that things are going so well for them, and ithelps me to sleep at night knowing that they're okay,but at the same time, I can't help but feel a littlejealous. I've always known that Jason and I will neverdate (we're think of each other too much like brotherand sister), so I'm not exactly jealous of his girlsimply because she's dating him, and I had prayed thatthey would make new friends and that things would gowell for them, but at the same time, the prospect ofthem making new friends scares me. I feel like I'mlosing my best friends. I really don't want to feellike this; it makes me feel like I'm a bad person. Howcan I get over this jealousy and just be happy forthem?~Lonely~
