Last summer I was in the Middle East, and for the first 4-6 weeks I hardly had an appetite at all, but once I got used to the heat, I could happily eat and even drink hot drinks during the day.
As the other posters eat light meals and drink plenty of water. But be careful, as you can actually cause a fair amount of damage by just drinking and not eating. As this can cause a chemical imbalance in the body and make you ill.
Doing gentle exercise gradually building up to doing moderate exercise will help your body acclimatize, which will improve your appetite, and over all health.

It is normal, its only when the weight falls off and you stop eating completely that it becomes a real issue. Changes in weather, our personl lives and day to day life will effect what and when we eat, everyone is the same in that respect.
In the winter, especially christmas time, its like the season of food we all get a piece of that bug! And in the summer people do eat less due to the heat etc, its normal just keep an eye on it. Constant hydration and a balanced amount will keep you going as normal.

I have the same thing. I find heat really does supress my appetite. I drink lots of water and I stick to light foods like salads! X
