I would also consider your birth control as the issue, i had severe anger/depression when on a certain birth control pill..it's super easy to change to a different brand if that's an issue.

It sounds to me like you might have a bit of an anger problem. Maybe you could go and look in to any anger management courses that are available in your area, also there are some good websites that you could visit to help you deal with anger problems or in your case getting anoyed really easily over simple things. De-stressing is something that you really need to attempt to do as often as possible because when we are stressed even the smallest things anoy us or upset us. Could there be a possiblity you are depressed or is this something that has always effected you? If it is something that has recently developed then look in to what could have changed for your behaviour to change it could be anything maybe even in the work place.
