reader, anonymous, writes (23 January 2009): Well when I wanted to to out with somone(and I've seen other guys do this) you try and make yourself look big and experienced. This may not be the case but it does sound like he just wants to go out with you again but is finding it hard to tell you this. I would try taking the plunge and ask him out again. This may or may not work but at least you will be sure as to what he thinks about you. And also how reliable are the friends that he was talking to? If there reliable it's a safe bet that he likes you but if they are not then they may just be trying to get a cheap laugh.
