It could be a coincidence but you could have contracted a Sexually Transmitted Infection. You should seek medical help to have an examination. Until you do, you should NOT have sex again as you could infect someone else. You should also get checked out as soon as possible because if you do have an infection it could eventually damage your body.
You should try and avoid unprotected sex in the future. I'm sure you don't want to be a mother at your age - or end up having to keep going to get medical tests and treatments for injections and diseases. It's just not worth it is it?
