I have a friend and I like him a lot. I know that we would make a great couple. We are really good friends and our other friend as well as strangers say that we are or could be a great couple, but he has been through some stuff with his ex and I get it but do I let him know of my feelings? Do I wait or not tell him at all? Is it worth it to risk our friendship or do I just move on?

If you really like him and think it'd work, then go for it. Platonic friendships can turn into great relationships - I got married to my best (female) friend!
