writes:wow I have really a lot or advice needing it is actually near pathetic :/, but I am soo insecure i think it is affecting me in my relationship, I keep thinking my girlfriend is gonna just run off with the next guy she meets cause he will undoubtedly be soo much better than me, cause I am not the most handsome guy, or the smartest, or endowed, or even got a good body, or good personality, maybe this is just my insecurities kicking in which is most probably the case, she has slept with 10 other guys including me which makes me kinda insecure about my sex life as well I know it shouldn't but it does, I am actually jealous of her tbh that she has had soo many sexual partners, does anyone have any advice on how to calm down on my insecurities because it is killing me :(, thanks for reading this near book :p

reader, anonymous, writes (23 July 2011): My advice for you is to slow down and take a deep breath. There are 2 things I would like to touch base on. 1. Im sure you've heard,the saying, you cant judge a book by its cover. Evidently, you are doing just that...to yourself. Who cares what you look. We cant help what we are born with. However, eating right, staying healthy,(by exercise) and good personal hygiene is a choice. You are the captain of your ship. Get up and do something about what you don't like. Focus on your likes and broaden your horizon. I could give you a million compliments but guess what? Your not gonna believe em. Your self-esteem is down there. 2.Having alot of sexual partners is nothing to brag about. Its said that for every person you've had sex with, that person had sex with 2. So, if your girlfriend had sex with 10 peeps, its really like she had it with 20 peeps. Do you get what Im saying? I'd respect more, the person with the lower amount of peeps. That says to me that the person was trying to settle in a relationship. Unless...that person didnt want a relationship. As you probably can tell, I am in my late 30's. And guess what? I'v only had sex with 2 different people in my life. Im not ashamed at all. When people hear that, they admire me, and look at me as being clean. So what Im saying is you dont have to have a million partners to be great in bed. You only need one. As far as your self-esteem, find out what Dasd likes, and what makes Dasd feel good, and do them. As far as your girl, she doesnt seem like the settle down type (not yet anyway)and that is her choice and Im not saying shes wrong, its just her choice. Dont take it personal though, when you guys break up. Your girl isnt your lifesaving device...you are. Good Luck
