By the end of 8th grade I had stopped eating breakfast and lunch and only eating a small serving for dinner. I lost 13 lbs and I looked terrible. I had finally gotten myself on track by the middle of freshman year and started to eat better. But then I got right back into my habit again and stopped eating in sophmore year. It has been an on and off struggle for me. I am now trying to lose weight but the right way. The problem is tht I feel like I can't do it because I am not seeing results and I actually gained 2 lbs. I really dont know wht to do...my habits are starting to go back to how they were in 8th grade and I feel fat and insecure abt myself. PLEASEhow can I lose the weight the right way and keep a positive attitude?

2) make sure you are getting the proper nutrition, since this will help you in your reasoning capabilities
3) you have to realize that all those people on tv and the like that look "so good", the camera and lighting has a lot to do with it.
4) those people in magazines have had stuff air brushed everywhere
5) guys like me are more concerned about your good character and that type of qualities before the body stuff.
6) love yourself the way you are, God made you and you are a wonderful person
7) dont let other peoples comments, if they say something about you, bother you. remember, God loves you as he does all of us
