writes: i am infaaaaatuated with the new bio teacher. he is also the new top coach for our school with an amazing resume. omg i cant stoppp staring at him. whenever i did my homework or studied in the library and he'd walk in, i wouldnt be able to concentrate. i didnt mean for all my friends to find out about this secret but i just couldnt help it and they all make fun of me for it... its so damn obvious. and i definately think he gets the idea. id space out when he was around. id stutter in conversation if i saw him from the corner of my eye. my heart would start beating reallyy fast when he'd walk by. i reallyy like him!! however, the last detail is that hes like 30 and im only 18. is that bad? and plus, im graduating in a few months. he said he didnt have a girlfriend and that he lived alone... i cant help but flirt with him when i see him in the halls. so wat the hell do i do?? i neeeed to get over him because theres no point in being soo hopeful in something that would never happen!! HELP!

Broadly speaking, I have to agree with the anonymous posting. I don't see the problem - you're over 18, he's single. The fact he's 33 is totally irrelevant.
There might be a slight moral/ethical issue if he's a teacher at your school, but you say you're leaving soon, so even that will disappear. So why should it "never happen" ??

When i was at school i had a major crush on one of my teachers and now im 17 and im with him!! he's 33...nothing wrong with it in my opinion, you cant help who u fall for at the end of the day!
If u do want something to happen, make sure he wants it aswell.
Although my sistuation is kinda different in the respect that my bloke is no longer a teacher any more and that im not at school anyway so theres no way my man can get in any trouble once i reach 18, obviously he can at the moment as im classed as a "minor" but we're keepin it a secret until im 18 n then we're telling the world!!
So i wouldnt worry...if it happens it happens and if it doesnt, well im sure u'll find someone better at some point!
