hooah- anyway... lol, i think it can. Alot of people are "down on love" in the army, people just hook-up, cheat, and lie alot. but people don't really notice how many people are honest and truly in love. I was away from my husband for a while (army veteran myself) and at the time he was just my boyfriend, now, we are married and have a child- on top of it all he's gone green, he used to be airforce. We've had time apart, more than what is far to anyone- but we made it, no cheating and only one fight. That's pretty good ;)
I say just be honest, if you guys want to be together it will work out. Just be mindful of jealousy (both from you and her), and try your best to make her feel like she is number one.
