writes: right - sorry if this question shouldnt be asked on here, im just gettin a bit annoyed now, im seventeen and im single, but for the past few months (ish) ive been meeting this guy, (age 23 for if it matters) we met at a party in july and since then weve met up about 12 times, text every day pretty much, talk on the phone a fair bit, kissed and hed hands, but nothing serious. well on saturday night he text me sayin he'd come and pick me up and we could go for a drive, (it was about 11 o clock) so i met him at the end of my street, we went for a drive and talked and stuff, when we was stopped at traffic lights he lent over and kissed me, we erm, kind of got carried away and he pulled into this like offroad thing high up and quiet, looking over the airport, we ended u having sex in his car, which at the time felt so right, an i do not regret it one bit, (yes we used contreception) we lasted about 20 minutes and then calmed a bit, we stayed out till like half 2 and went back to his, where we ended up having sex again, a few times in different places (neither of us were virgins before hand) and then we went to bed at like 6 o clock sunday morning lol! when we woke up on sunday, he dropped me home and i had a bath and everything, but ever since, ive been like really saw, to the point where i cant sit down because it hurts. feels like im sat on a huge bruise. i cant even walk properly, my college tutor asked me today if i was okay, so i sort of told her what had happened and she said he probably just got a little rough lol! this is so embarrassin, but i just wondered if theres a reason for it, ive been SAFELY sexually active for about 2 and a half years now, and never experienced pain like this, but is there a reason i feel like this? even now its killing! is there a way of eeasing it, without taking the rest of th box of parecetamols ive taken? sorrry it got so long! thanks to anyone who can answer!!!

you may have torn your tissues a bit...they will either heal on their own, but if you don't feel better in a few days or the pain gets worse, you should go to the doctor's...you may need stitches or something...

reader, anonymous, writes (15 September 2009): It most likely is like your tutor said, it just got a bit rough. You hadn't had sex for a while and weren't used to it quite like that, and maybe some of the positions were not very easy on you. They probably felt fine during, but after maybe not so much. Anyway, just rest when you can and you'll get to feeling better, but if you're really concerned still, talk to your doctor. That's what they're there for. :) If you need more advice on this or anything just feel free to message.

You probably over did it, you lucky girl. =)
I would take some pain killers, or maybe soak in epson salt. I know how you feel, I am 28 and I sadly don't bend like I used too, my legs still hurt.
