I don't know what Canadian law says about this sort of thing but I will bet if you tell him off in front of others he will run off with his tail between his legs.
IF not, you need to go right to someone in authority at your school.
If you do one or both of these things your problem should be solved. Doc

Yeah, once you put him in his place one good time and make it clear that you're not amused by his actions I'm sure he'd chill out. Most dudes just need to be publicly humiliated just once by a girl to crush their ego and send them quietly cowering to a corner. Get loud if you deem it necessary. And if he still persists in acting like a buffoon follow up by telling a teacher. What he's doing is called sexual harassment and there are severe consequences for it.
Make him fully aware (Angrily and loudly, if need be) how you feel about it and that if he doesn't quit you will inform the proper authorities.
Should take care of all your problems. ^_^

Don't talk with him. Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing that it bothered you in any way. If he confronts you when you are all alone, run to a group of people. If he becomes persistent, tell your parents and the principal. No one should be harassed at school, and this falls into that category. He is old enough to know that he is responsible for his own actions and that he shouldn't be using this language. Sorry you are be put through this dear. Best of luck with everything.
