Look attractive, smile, admire him (is he smart, strong, handsome,clever, hairy?), don't come on too strong because men like to chase their girl. Make sure you're in a place where he can notice you. And flirt with him.(Don't under estimate a smile) Use your feminie wiles-but don't overdo it. If you do all that and he still doesn't act interested, find someone else who will. Good luck!

 make conversation is the only tip i can say go over or start talking 2 one of his friends and then invite him into the conversation dont b nervous shoulders back and go for it! (althought u dont want to b to over confident!) you've got nothing to loose you's r both young free single and just chatting! be confordent u can do it!
