I think this is a really complicated situation and I would not do anything at the moment until you are certain about the feelings on both sides as this could cause an almighty war between the two families. You need to be certain before taking it any further as your sister's boyfriend is going to be so protective over his daughter with any man and someone he knows is going to make it even more in his face so I would say tread very carefully and make sure your feelings for each other are true and not just lust as it could all blow up in your face unless you know this is something completely different and more meaningful.
