I really want to start talking to him again and try to see how he feels or if he does have any feelings for me but I don't know how to start a conversation like that with him anymore please help me and give me what you believe is right.

Im sorry I know you will probably ignore this but there is a bond there between brothers. You will hurt your ex if you presue his brother. I dont think it's a good idea.
