He's my first cousin and I think like had turned into love..because we both use to like make out and stuff..I;m not sure weather he feels the same because he use to say he loves me and then all out of the blue he thinks we are doing something bad. I love him but I don't want to get into trouble also with our family, but I'm frustrated he lives right upstairs..please give me the best advice you can?

You are going to get yourself into trouble. This is not the right sitution. If there is anyone older you can talk to, then ask for guidance and counsel. Really, first counsins should not be messing around like this.
