tell her, you know when i look into your eyes i lose my words and lose my name ,i do try to tell you something again and again,oh my god it didnt work ,i ask my self is this love or joyfull pain ,befor i slleep i talk to my self tomorow you tell her, that you love her and your love did make you sane.

Without knowing to much about your situation, whether she is someone you work with, a neigbour, or someone you just see out and about. All you can do is gradually build up a friendship with her bit by bit. Complement her whenever you see her, do her a favour. Some light flirtatious signals such as eye contact, touches, go along way. Keep this up for a while then ask her if she fancies going out for a drink with you one night.

I know that you are shy but if she speaks to you, asks you questions, and you don't reply to her then she is going to think that you are being rude and ignoring her. Just be brave and talk to her.
