if you need some time apart from each other to just chill out - then take it. everyone needs a time out now and again. talk to you friends, apologise if you have been a bit hard to handle lately and then just go home, cool down and spend some time with yourself. when girls have their periods, they can be a little more on edge than usual, and they can often rub off eachother in the wrong way. talk to this girl, and tell her that you know that you havent been gettin along lately and you both just need to sit down and talk about it.

Woah, what's the problem, sweetie?.. Everyone needs space every now + again.. It probably seems worse because your bodies are all changing so your hormones are all racing about! Just give each other a little space at times when you can feel tempers rising. Hope it all turns out okay. Message me if you wanna chat some more.. :] x

reader, anonymous, writes (3 March 2008): Sometimes it's best to just sit back and chill. Usually things will work themselves out. If you guys are both on your period, there may be a storm-surge of estrogen going on, and that can have you a bit snippy at each other. As much courage as it may take, be the better girl and step foreward to say, 'hey, I feel like we haven't really been getting along so well lately. I think we should talk and work all this out'.
