Try writing down what you want to say to her first, then meet up with her in a neutral place to talk things through, nowhere too public incase things get a bit heated, and not either of your places to stop her using you like a halfway boyfriend again. Unfortch it may mean you both taking some time out from each other so that you can both move on, but that doesn't mean you can't be friends in the long run.
