writes: heyokay my problem is::im a county swimmer, and pretty good runner (run for sot'on) soo get a lot of exercise, but im still 9.5 stone an really want to loose a bit of weight, and fat around my tummy and legs. i know people say muscle weighs more than fat, but im still so much heavier than most of my friends and it puts me down. if anyone has any tips please let me knowthanks b xx

Hey hun, please please please stop worrying bout your weight. Your normal and you shouldnt worry about this as your still young and developing! You just develope more quickly trust me. Im 15 now and the lightest i have been in a long while an thats still alot more than u hun 9 stone 8. I can never shift any weight as i do alot of sports. My main sport being iceskating which builds up the muscle in my legs. If your healthy your fine but if u do wish to lose a lil more and tone up just eat a healthy diet (you could go see your local doctor who would refer you to a dietrision) and carry on exercising. Swap chocolate for fruits and carrots sticks works alot too. But be sure to eat the standered 3 meals a day! (and drink plenty of water :) ) Everyone who tells you muscle weighs more than fat are right, so dont listen to anyone who says your not thin enough, when your older they will all be saying i wish i had your figure! Thats what happened to me :) and im proud now!Just be happy and healthy! Your young so live a little and have fun! Hope this helps a lil. Best wishes and Good luck! xxx
