reader, anonymous, writes (1 June 2009): Just be yourself, no need to start wearing low cut tops and being all flirty, if he likes you like he says he does then there's nothing much else you can/should do.
He might not want to go out with you for a different reason than not being attracted to you, maybe he's in a difficult position?
Ask around, maybe get your friend to talk to him again about you and find out what he thinks.
