Also, if he is your dance teacher through school/college then the obvious rules apply but if this is a private dance instructor that you pay to teach you, I dont know why there would be a problem with you seeing him.
If I were you I would tell your brother to butt out and concern himself with his own business.

The same rules apply, you cant go there, he has a code of conduct and would probably not consider losing his whole career over seeing a young girl. I think the best thing you can do is find someone your age and move on.
