If she had not yet proposed or revealed to another guy about her feelings then you have pretty good chances of winning her.
first call or talk to her and tell that now that she is engaged you just need her friendship. if she agrees for that, then you can slowly win her by getting closer to her. start smsing her. try to be nice and open with her. try to woo her basically and try to win her. it is time consuming but can work.
if u cant afford to do that then go and explain to her straight about ur feelings and the deep love you have for her but pls dont hurt her.
if she agrees good if not forget her and carry on man.
