reader, anonymous, writes (14 January 2006): That is a rough situation--confiding in someone who tells your secrets to other people. It sounds like you aren't too embarrassed by what he has told others, so that's great. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is stop sharing secrets with him and ignore the other students (if they try to make you feel uncomfortable).
