 The problem with any fetish within a relationship is that you really both need to find it interesting/exciting otherwise it inevitably causes problems.
You have to decide what you are prepared to do and what you are not prepared to do, and make sure he understands where the line is drawn. If one "fetish" doesn't work for you, then there are probably others that appeal to him and to you too.
Of course, the advantage of him having a slightly "non-mainstream" fetish is that it gives you the perfect opportunity to express any desires you might have that are a little unusual and that otherwise you might have been embarrassed to reveal!!
The pee fetish is far from unusual. Urine is a sterile liquid unless one of you has a major infection (one of the things taught on "special forces" training in the military is that it's a good alternative for cleaning wounds if drinking water is scarce). BUT once it is out of the body it can easily attract bacteria, so if you really must drink it (ugh - I wouldn't) do it straight away.

I'm quite happy with some milder forms of it. For instance, to have the girl pee on my genitals and body, and maybe a mildly masochistic desire to move up to the mouth (I've never carried through with it yet!)
