See a doctor - you need to be examined by a medical expert and not "diagnosed" on an Internet forum.

Go see your doctor, I was losing weight and losing hair and it turned out I had an underactive thyroid and when it started again it was due to the thyroid levels being out and needing to change my tablets to something higher or lower can't remember which one.
Hope this helps :o)

Hair follicles have a life cycle and if you are unfortunate a lot of them can reach the same end of life together. One minute the pony tail seems nice and fat, then half as thick. There are hairs on the car seat, on clothes and the bath plug hole gets blocked with them. That is itself is not necessarily indicating a problem. Neither, on the faceof it, is becoming slim.
What you need to do is go to your doctor for a check. There is no need to panic, as far as you know there is nothing to worry about. All sorts of things can cause people to lose weight. You may find your Mum did at a similar age for example. The causes of this are many and while the issue can be caused by health issues, there is a whole range of them and it is far too early for you to panic yourself into thinking something serious. Take this bit by bit, not a whole chunk at a time.
Your doctor will help you check out what is going on and remember to think how unlikely it is to be anything bad if you feel well otherwise. Then just get to an appointment quickly and take it from there. Good luck and let us know how you get on.
