I have almost cancelled before for the same reasons. But, after going, I was so glad that I did, cause I realized it was all in my head. The guy is normally just as nervous as you are!!

huni dnt cancell because if you do this problem will never go away. ive always been nervous around guys but by cancellin it only prolongs the problem. thing is the guys probly just as nervous as you. go for and enjoy it. first dates are the best dates and what you think is nerves could also be excitement (they feel so simular its a jar i knw!!!) have fun n dnt cancel!!

You are not the first person to be nervous before a date, and by no means the last. If it makes it any easier he is probably just as nervous as you are. Its a natural thing to be nervous before embarking on a date, with what shall i wear, what shall i say, will they like me.
Don't cancel, when you go you will find that that all the things that you were initially worried about will come naturally to you, and after a while you will fell more relaxed. The best advice i can give is just to go on the date and be yourself.
All the best x

you will only be nervous for the first 10-15 minutes then you will relax. if he is confident he will help you feel better because he will be doing most of the talking anyway! and if he is shy then that will probably also help you because lets face it, its cute, so it will be a little ego boost for you.
dont cancel, just bite the bullet and go. it may be slightly awkward at first but its better than always wondering what would have happened if you had gone out with him!
best of luck x
