I think you need to talk to her. Just tell her you were wondering what she meant by it. But do NOT hint that you are worried she might be thinking something bad. It will just make her mad. So ask her about it. Communication is key in a good relationship. She probably means exactly what she said but it can't but to ask.

What is the background to the situation? It's hard to share my perspective with so little context.
Supposing that she said that to you completely out of the blue or in an intimate moment, I think she meant exactly what she said.
If you two were fighting or if you've shared something major about yourself with her, then she probably said it to reassure you that she still loves you.
From what little context you've given us, there's no reason to believe that she has any sinister motivations behind her statement.

It has nothing to do with snooping or hiding, it simply means that she thinks you're a great person and she thinks she'll always feel that way even if things don't work out in a relationship.
This isn't necessarily an impending sign of doom, it's something a lot of people say.

I'm a woman and I'm confused, I think you need to ask her.

If you really want to know without question, you need to talk to the woman that said it. What are you afraid of?
