A friend at schools recently had a baby, she didn't know until it was too late, she's like me with a slim build so it didn't show so It's made me even worse. I'm 2days late on my period and I'm freaking out, I've got enough to deal with right now and it just makes everything 10x worse. Is there something wrong with me for being like this?

No, it is just a sign that you are not ready for sex. This is healthy and I'd suggest you stop having sex until you are ready.
