I think you are bi u like women and men sounds to me like you are going through the puberty fase were your feelings are every where.
Talk to your friends about it i'm sure they will be supportive.

As about your question, it does seem you might be a lesbian or at least bi with tendencies of lesbianism. But give it time to decide. You're still young and your hormones will go crazy sometimes. Its you who will decide in the end.
Don't worry about it, though, being a lesbian or straight is nothing bad. Enjoy your youth as long as you can.

When you are this young it's not good to try and put a label on your sexualtiy because as you rightly say, sometimes peopel just go through a phase. I went through a similar phase where I didnt know what I was, but as I've got older - I'm now in my early 20s', I realised Im bisexual and Im comfortable with it. I fancy both men and women, but prefer men. And just becasue you are a bit of a tomboy, doesnt mean you are a lesbian. Just means you have a different way of doing things - which is perfectl fine as long as you're happy.
Just enjoy being young, don't rush in to saying I'm lesbian or I'm bisexual, just yet though because kids can be cruel and to deal with homophobia at your age mgiht be difficult.
Take care
xx
