I'm going to be 15 in december, and i weigh a direct 160 pounds. i'm 5 foot 7 just about but i dont look like i weigh 160. my doctor says im not truly overweight...my body size would be for about 148 pounds...im concerned though...it seems like my body is odd...when i attempt a diet a gain weight, and when i eat a lot a lose weight. i'm tired of being bigger than everyone even if im just bigger by an inch or two. i can still wear bikinis and look good but im concerned about my mass. what can i do??

When I was 13 I was 5'9 It really sucked too.
I totally look like I belong to be 20
I had curves that were way to adult.
Which meant I weighed a lot more than I thought was right.
I was about 169 maybe 170lbs.
Firstly, Have you tried athletics in your school?
I like running. Cross Country is really good for building muscles in your legs, thighs, etc. Where when I was young had a lot of mass with it.
Working out or toning will probably make you feel better. To tone the body is very easy compared to hardcore working out.
I hate the look of the girls you see with bowflex wild I know but ick.. Don't like the look. But Toning, Might be what you are looking for. Just try looking up things for toning.

If you're not massively overweight then I'd advise you not to diet. You're still growing so you don't want to mess up your diet and you need to make sure that you get all the right foods.
I think the best thing for you would be to eat normally but make sure you have an overall healthy diet. Make sure you exercise enough and keep fit. The reason you're losing weight when you eat more is because you're giving your body something to burn off. That's why eating normally is essential for weight loss. It's not about starving yourself in any way. The key is to eat healthily and keep fit.
Hope I helped and good luck!
