I think that you should let your friend know how you feel but don't try to inforce it on her because yes she is in a relationship but if this is the way you feel I think you should just let her know incase you're in that kind of situation again where you want to fool around she knows that you're not just feeling that way for the time being but my advice to you is to let her know that you are attracted to the same sex but don't tell her that you want her... if you know what i mean

 She is in a relationship at the moment. You need to deal with your feelings and just be her friend. If the relationship comes to an end then you can have a chat with her but not while she is involved with someone else.
