Ask him our or round for dinner. Make it casual and tell him how you feel. Take things slowly and see how it goes. You only live once so why not give things a second chance.

Sometimes a break in a relationship makes you realise what you had in the first place, if you feel you are both developing feelings for each other again, then it should not be a problem talking about it, discuss why you broke up in the first place see if you are over that reason, and if you think it will work give it another go.
