well next time your around her you could talk about the time when you two made out and see of what she thought about it. if she says "i dont know" then shes probably unsure of herself or uncomfortable about it so you probably shouldnt push it any further for a while. if she said she liked it or somhow hints around that she liked it then you should tell her how you fealt about it. if this does end up happening hopefully she'll realize that your interested in her. if she still dousnt realize it you could ask her what she thinks about you.what im trying to say is you want to see what she thinks about you and the situation that happened when you two were younger before you say anything about what you think about her. because you dont want to hint around you liking her before you know what she thinks of you because if she dousnt think of you anything more than just a cousin, you might wierd her out, ya know?so good luck to ya

i had this sort of situation in my family but not with me. i was just a bystander. in my honest opinion you shouldnt tell her. when my cousin said he liked another cousin everyone pretty much freaked out and shunned him.
sorry if i sound like a downer but im just speaking from situations i have seen before.
however if it eats and tears away at your mind and is possibly making you go insane then yes do get if off your chest and tell her.
