I agreed to pick her up at the airport, but long story short, I didnt, and now she's here in town at her hotel, and im afraid she's upset and i dont know what to say. any advice?

She will be very upset and angry at this no show. Why did you do it? When you know that, call her and tell her and really be very very apologetic as well. Don't just let her stay in silence, it will hurt her.
