 Though it's rare it can happen, you can even get pregnant without him ejaculating. Sperm can be in pre cum and can get in without penetration so be careful. I'd get birthcontrol for safety(I've considered it myself) hope this helps

 It's probably close to impossible, but take a step back for a minute: you're starting to wonder if this amounts to sexual contact. first, if it involves a sex organ (and it does) it is sexual. You may not put the same label on it but you're still engaging in non-virgin like behavior. additionally, but you may want to consider other repurcussions OTHER than moral ones. If he accidentally climaxed, the chances of pregnancy are signficantly higher. because you are concerned about this, you should take precautions to reduce your chances of an accident happening. consider going to a clinic like planned parenthood, where in some states you can get on birth control for free. I know you're young, but it's less of a pain to do this than to ending up having to split your vagina to birth a premature baby due to sperm you thought was only on your butthole. sorry to be crude but you should evaluate all potential repurcussions of your actions.

Be very careful doing that by the way. He wants to have sex, so it's very possible he may get carried away doing that and actually penetrate you some time and no, that's never an accident either.

 There is actually a small chance of pregnancy if he puts his penis near your vagina. Even if he didn't ejaculate, some precum does have sperm in it and can make its way inside. Even though its only a small chance, it still is possible.
