A female United Kingdom age 30-35, *ovestrucklily writes:

I'm looking for some advice, please help me because it seems that whoever I ask doesn't give me the answer I'm after.

Basically, I'm stuck on a boy. Hugely. But recently he seems to have lost interest in me.

He's my ex's friend, and I went to a football match with ex who was then my boyfriend, him and a few others. I noticed him then, but I loved my boyfriend and nothing came of it.

8 months later, I see the boy (let's call him Charlie)that I now like and another one of my ex's friends at school, we start to chat about this and that, and then he asks for a hug and we part. Since then, we ran into each other at school, and it became a normal thing to see the other, run up and hug them. It was daft, but to me incredibly cute. I began to like him.

Time moved on, we exchanged msn addresses and mobile numbers, and it came to a point where we'd randomly text each other and have conversations at least twice daily. We talked a lot on msn, and he began to put "ly" and lots of kisses at the end when saying goodbye.

I was then told by one of his friends who is alsomy friend, and my ex that he likes me and I have been told that he "always talks about me".

I finished school about 2 months ago, but he's still there because he's at Post 16. We don't text nearly as much as we do and I hadn't seen him in a while, however I was told again that he liked me. He came to a party that I also attended, but we didn't do anything. He later said he had to be up early the next day and didn't want to stay long, he wasn't lying he did have work in the morning.

Carrying on, now when we talk on msn he never puts "ly" and we rarely text each other, and if we do it's normally me texting him first.

I don'tknow what to do, and I'm afraid incase he's lost interest in me because we haven't seen each other in a while. Help? Thankyou.
