We are very careful and try and keep any come away from her, but I am worried I may have got some on my hands or something and then fingered her. How long can sperm survive on your hands? she is 16 and has irregular periods anyway, but I am very worried myself, but don't want to suggest this to her. We had a pregnancy scare once before, and for a week and a half we couldn't think of anything else, and I don't want to put her through it again. I have read on the internet about pregnancy signs and some signs I think she may have is tender breasts and she had a thick discharge. Please Help me!!!

As far as the signs she has, they come normally with the menstrual cycle. If her periods are irregular, then she might even have slightly higher symptoms of PMS because of her hormones.
The odds of her being pregnant are slim. Unless you had a good gob of cum on your finger that you directly inserted into her vagina, I wouldn't worry. Sperm needs a sort of "wet trail" to swim into the vagina. However, be careful about touching her vagina with your penis ever, since the penis produces a "precum". That is a seminal fluid that contains sperm in it and CAN get a girl pregnant. This is also why the "pull-out" method is not safe.
Next time you are fooling around in the buff, have her use a spermicide gel or foam, which you should be able to pick up at any pharmacy. She can use this, and that way if some of your cum does happen to be near her vagina before you get to wipe it off, she will have some form of protection.
And when you do start having sex, please use a condom.
