There is nothing wrong with waiting, at least you'll respect yourself in the morning! If your girlfriend is uninterested in having sex with you, she's not ready, don't push it. If you really can't wait, break up with your girlfriend and go clubbing...a lot of girls these days are interested in having a one nighter so you might have more luck there. Just be safe and wear a rubber!
